Thursday is the new Friday! 

Join us on The Green every Thursday for weekly kids events and activities. Expect room to play, sit, relax, and unwind in the fresh air and sunshine while the kids enjoy activities all summer long.  We can’t wait to spend the summer with you. View the full schedule below.

  • Rock out and roam on The Green to a live DJ set from DJ Sprino, complete with bubbles galore
• Thursday, May 12, 10:30am-11:30am: Storytime on The Green with Barnes & Noble
  • Enjoy a kid-friendly story hour in the sunshine with our friends from Barnes & Noble
• Thursday, May 19, 10:30am-12:30pm: Face painting and balloon animals at Barnes & Noble’s Children’s Section

  • Join us on The Green for a baby and toddler-friendly live musical performance by everyone’s favorite South Shore singer-songwriter, Mama Steph.

  • Join Ms. Kim, Over The Moon Parenting’s beloved music teacher for a music & movement class with your little ones. Registration is required.

  • Enjoy a kid’s jam session with Peter Mundt, a music educator with over 25 years of experience teaching and performing.
  • Join The Boston Mom’s for a mom + kiddo playdate. Meet other mom’s in the area, plus the first 50 attendees will receive a swag bag featuring goodies and deals to many Derby Street businesses. Learn more here
