Derby Street Sweat: Strength and Conditioning with Stephanie Giannaros

Get your sweat on with a 50-minute strength training and conditioning session! Join certified personal/small group trainer Stephanie Giannaros for a fun-filled total body workout session.  All fitness levels are welcome just bring some light weights, bands and a mat.
