Restorative Yoga and Meditation w/ Trish Hart in the studio at lululemon

Enhance your overall well-being in a practice that beautifully combines restorative yoga and meditation. The first half of this class is restorative yoga, which is a healing form of practice that uses props to support the body and allow the body to rest, restore and encourage innate healing. The second part of this class you will sample a variety of meditation techniques to calm and clear the mind and let go of tension. You will leave this practice with a restored body and a renewed spirit! No prior meditation experience is necessary and everyone is welcome!
