Kneady Mama Sourdough Class – Pumpkin Edition

Nothing says October like the smell of something baking.

On Monday, October 26th, Alyssa of Kneady Mama is teaching another sourdough class at crate & barrel. You’ll learn how to use a sourdough starter, mix your dough, and get it ready to bake, with the choice of a classic loaf or a pumpkin one. Each ticket includes a dehydrated starter package, a locally made wooden spurtle, a glass jar, a banneton, and your own dough to take home and bake.

Class runs 6 to 8pm. Tickets are $129 and spots are limited, so reserve your spot.
