Starting a new activity or wanting to increase fitness but concerned about injury? Come join us and a local Dr of Physical Therapy who will help you create an action plan to reach a specific physical/outdoor goal. They will discuss injury prevention, chronic pain points like lower back and knees, and how to train smart for your goals.
