Giving Party to Empower with Allbirds

Together we can make change and impact the lives of so many women and girls who go without period products everyday.

Please join us Sunday November 20th from 6pm-8pm at Allbirds for a Giving Party hosted with Free. and TOP – The Organic Project. This is a great opportunity to raise awareness about period poverty and inspire others to address period product insecurity in your own communities.

Details:

We will be packaging 10,000 organic products (that’s 20 products per recipient for 500 recipients). We will be sending the packs to different organizations on the South Shore; South Shore Foster Closet, Interfaith Social Services, Bay State Community Services, Wellspring, Southwest Community Food Center, The Lady Locker and Health Imperatives.

Also, we’ll be collecting food donations to benefit the Weymouth Food Pantry “Weekend Backpack Program” which helps teachers assisting children experiencing food insecurities. Suggested food for donation: Bumble Bee Tuna Snacks, Chicken Salad Snack Packs, Belvita Breakfast Bars, 8 oz Non-Dairy Plain Milk Boxes (Almond or Soy), Single Serve 1 oz Bags of Gold Fish Crackers, and Breakfast Cereal Cups.
