Drawing inspiration from cardio and barre, this 50 min minute heart pumping barre-cardio class will tone, sculpt and stretch your body.
​The main focus will be on small movements centered around core engagement, form and alignment using your own body weight and some props. The pulsing and isometric movements targeting specific muscle groups, combined with stretching, will leave your muscles feeling more tone and your body stronger overall! Expect a fun and challenging class that will leave you feeling stronger!
