Bootcamp HIIT w/ Nick Sarruda in the studio at lululemon

This bootcamp class will be about 60 minutes utilizing bodyweight exercises, resistance bands, kettle bells and TRX straps. There will also be some elements of tabata training – where exercises are timed with given certain amounts of rest following. This will ensure that students train both aerobic and anaerobic systems in each session.
