Drawing inspiration from ballet and Pilates, this 60 minute class will focus on small movements centered around core engagement, form and alignment using your own body weight and some props. The pulsing and isometric movements targeting specific muscle groups, combined with stretching, will leave your muscles feeling more tone and your body stronger overall. Expect a fun and challenging class that will leave you feeling stronge
