Join Michelle owner of Innerglow Yoga, for a one hour all levels based flow. Starting class centering ourselves with breath, music and intention moving through warm ups and Sun Salutations. Working on building strength and energy through various sequence of asanas while increasing flexibility. You are guided through poses concentrating on your breath to develop a strong mind-body connection.
