Union Square Donuts: Shop Supervisor

Union Square Donuts is coming to Derby Street Shops in Hingham — and we’re building our team. We’re looking for a shop supervisor who leads with hospitality first and brings genuine energy to the people around them.

In this role, you’ll set the tone for the team — overseeing training, coaching, cash handling, and day-to-day operations on the floor. You’re the kind of person who finds satisfaction in a system that works and a crew that’s confident. Organization isn’t a chore for you; it’s how you show up.

Reliable transportation is required. Shifts begin as early as 6:00 am and end as late as 11:00 pm — weekends included. A love of donuts and coffee is, naturally, a plus.
