NOMAI is seeking a Line Cook to join their team. Be part of a team that serves awesome food and fun craft cocktails. They are there to provide amazing hospitality, and that includes their Line Cooks going above and beyond to make sure their guests enjoy their food and services as much as possible. To succeed in this role, you will need to have a positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure with the lead chef, servers, and other staff. Previous work experience involving cooking in a fast-paced environment is preferred, but they are open to training the right applicants. Must come with a willingness to learn and grow no matter your experience level.
Who they are
The team behind Shōjō and Ruckus is opening a new and exciting restaurant called NOMAI in Hingham’s Derby Street Shops in December. Owner Brian Moy and his incredibly diverse and decorated culinary team has created a menu and dining experience that the South Shore has never seen before. They are committed to showcasing what New American cuisine can look like by combining an Asian flair food/cocktail menu with a team of customer-focused individuals.
