About This Role

The Store Manager will be charged with the successful tactical execution of all aspects of retail store objectives including the achievement of sales, staff education and training, customer service, clienteling, visual merchandising and overall brand standard execution.

Your Day-to-Day May Include

Sales Leadership 

  • Responsible for personal, team and store sales and KPI’s
  • Running effective contests/incentives to drive sales
  • Drive and contribute to personal and overall company goals
  • Assist and encourage customers to sign up for our mailing list
  • Serve as a brand ambassador by wearing the product, providing company background information and product knowledge

Training + Development 

  • Onboard and train new associates
  • Provide consistent performance management with each stylist
  • Ongoing staff training through store meetings, one on ones and group trainings
  • Deliver updates to team and ensure the information has been properly utilized

Customer Service 

  • Ensure team is delivering exceptional customer service to guests
  • Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner while being resolution-oriented


  • Daily Store Operations
  • Scheduling
  • Overseas Opening/Closing duties
  • Maintain proper store environment and presentation
  • Uphold standards of the gorjana brand


  • Sales Analysis and item breakdown to corporate on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Maintain sales records for inventory control
  • Manage product shipments and back stock levels


  • Assist in display of merchandise/execute gorjana brand VM standards
  • Partner to get reordered in needed items based on sell through
  • Identify key areas that are being shopped in the store, partner on floor moves if updates are needed mid-season


  • Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting and onboarding their store team
