Join us on the Derby Street Green during April School Break for kid-friendly activities Monday-Friday! Registration is required and space is limited, so if your plans change, please be sure to cancel your ticket to make room for another family.

When registering, we kindly ask you consider making a $5 donation for your ticket in support of Autism Awareness Month this April. 100% of your ticket donation will go directly to The Arc of the South Shore, a Hingham-based nonprofit supporting local families and individuals of all ages with disabilities through high-quality individualized services and opportunities that foster independence, community inclusion, and advocacy.

MONDAY APRIL 18 – 11AM-12PM: STORY HOUR WITH HANOVER UNITY COUNCIL
Join Hanover Unity Council on The Green for story hour. Storytime books will focus on how we all can contribute positively to our world and our communities. All ages are welcome.

TUESDAY, APRIL 19 – 10:30AM-12:30PM: BIKE SAFETY CHECKS + QUICK FIXES WITH REI
Does your kiddo’s bike need a quick fix? Head to The Green to get a free safety check and quick fix compliments of your local REI Co-op. Plus, enjoy 23% off REI Hingham for the day.

WEDNESDAY, APRIL 20 – 11AM-12PM: INTERACTIVE STORYTIME WITH RED SOX MASCOT WALLY THE GREEN MONSTER 
Come along with Wally, the official mascot of the Boston Red Sox as he takes you on an interactive reading adventure. Learn how to use sounds, actions, and imagination to make books come alive.

Join us on The Green for a baby and toddler-friendly live musical performance by everyone’s favorite South Shore singer-songwriter, Mama Steph.

Rock out and roam to a live kid-friendly DJ set from DJ Sprino, complete with bubbles galore.
